We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Hospice Caregiver. As a CNA, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with prescribed exercises and activities to maintain their physical and emotional well-being
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for patients, as assigned
- Perform homemaking and other environmental services to create a safe and comfortable living environment
- Observe, report, and document any changes in patient status, and follow specific written instructions for personal care prepared by a registered nurse
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current state certification (or registration) as a nurse assistant
- CNA experience within the last two years, or completion of another training and competency program
- Current CPR certification
