Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans to address specific problems and goals.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients, including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of interventions.
- Record patient evaluations, re-evaluations, and care provided in the medical record, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, suggesting areas for improvement and contributing to the development of quality assurance topics and alternate treatment techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of PT degree required.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with the State of Maryland is required.
- Current CPR certification is required.
