We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Landscape Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of landscape design across the resort's grounds. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standards, minimizing any disruption to guests and staff, regardless of weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of all outdoor areas, including but not limited to: mowing, pruning of trees and shrubs, planting and removing various types of flora, as well as snow and hazard removal.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in landscaping, including design layout.
  • Proficient knowledge in plant care and shrub maintenance.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry or related fields is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with exterior plant care is beneficial.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to handle heavy workloads, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds frequently, and/or more than 20 pounds consistently.
  • Physical activities will include bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Must be adaptable to varying weather conditions, including warm, humid, hot, and cold environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
