About the Role: As a Sales Associate at Target Optical, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding optical experience for our guests. This includes cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and recommending specific lenses and lens coatings based on their needs. You will also assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating them with optical measurements.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need high school diploma or GED, 1+ years experience in retail or customer service, familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators with basic phone and math skills. You should also have strong communication skills (both oral and written) and be a self-motivator with the ability to multi-task.
