About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at KidsCare Home Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with speech and language disorders
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and direct treatment sessions with patients and their caregivers
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families
  • Develop and implement home programs to support patient progress and independence
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state-issued professional licensure
  • Valid state driver's license
  • CPR certification
  • Pediatric clinical experience preferred
  • Home health experience preferred
