About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at LifeLong Medical Care. As a key member of our dental staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed dentists in all phases of dentistry, including taking diagnostic intra-oral x-rays.
  • Perform basic supportive dental procedures, such as coronal polishing and prophylaxis.
  • Operate dental radiographic equipment and develop and mount x-rays as requested by the dentist.
  • Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients and assist with case management.
  • Document treatment and patient information in dental software.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dental Assistant and Radiology License.
  • Coronal Polish and Sealant Certificates.
  • Current CPR certification from an AHA-approved organization.
  • Knowledge of proper use of dental materials and equipment.
  • Access to reliable transportation with current auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of relevant dental clinic experience.
  • Experience with dental software systems.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
