Competitive Compensation

In this role, you can earn up to $55 per hour, making it one of the highest-paying LPN positions in the area. With our hourly pay range of $43-$55, you can enjoy financial stability and security.

With IntelyCare's W2 employment, you will be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, vision, and dental coverage for you and your qualifying family members. You will also have access to employer-paid malpractice insurance, workers' compensation, and taxes.

About the Role

As an LPN at IntelyCare, your primary responsibilities will include providing compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities. This will involve monitoring their physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs, and performing resident intakes and medical history documentation.

You will also be responsible for administering medications, tracking medication use and effects, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additionally, you will cultivate a comfortable and safe environment for residents and work closely with staff to orient and train new colleagues.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
