The Digital Marketing Assistant will assist the primary day-to-day account contact for clients, working to execute and manage a multitude of digital strategies. This includes owning day-to-day tasks as assigned such as status documents, note taking, proposal and contract writing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Account Team and members of the Executive team on client accounts
  • Managing multiple projects across various businesses simultaneously
  • Maintaining positivity and leadership in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, with the ability to prioritize on the fly

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in internal and client sessions, develop client presentation materials, and assist with writing proposals and statements of work as needed.
