We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide pharmaceutical services to patients, including dispensing medications, preparing IV admixtures, and conducting antibiotic stewardship activities.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
- Participate in clinical activities, such as attending team conferences, conducting medication management teaching, and mentoring pharmacy students.
- Stay up-to-date on developments and trends in pharmacy practice and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Current state licensure as a Pharmacist required.
- One or more years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred.
