Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to meet students' speech and/or language needs.
  • Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois.
  • Previous experience in a K-12 setting is preferred.
