Enterprise Solutions Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's success by developing systems, platforms, and applications to support internal business activities around the globe.
Responsibilities- Conduct functional testing of product features within the enterprise platform, an integrated productivity solution encompassing chat, scheduling, document management, video conferencing, auto-translation, and additional functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Global, Product, and Operation teams to assess and verify product functionality.
- Work alongside Product SREs (Site Reliability Engineers) to ensure QA during upgrades and ad hoc fixes, prioritizing product stability and scalability.
- Execute test cases, document results, and provide detailed reports on issues discovered during testing.
- Communicate product functionality errors and provide respective error logs to engineers.
- Verify user interfaces, functionality of new and existing features, backend systems, and report any bugs, errors, or other defects to the development team.
- Assist in maintaining and updating test documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute actively to discussions on product improvements, sharing insights and observations from testing.
- Occasionally contribute to on-call services and offer assistance in answering questions if needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin and English in order to understand documentation from cross-functional partners as well as drafting documents and holding meetings in Mandarin.
- Proven ability to learn and understand complex software systems and knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and possesses analytical skills to identify and document product issues effectively.
