Autoclave Technician

Aurora Flight Sciences is seeking a skilled Autoclave Operator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our autoclave equipment.

• Verify autoclave paperwork and ensure proper cure specifications are met.
• Attach vacuum probes and TC wire to the appropriate connections in the autoclave.
• Determine and program the autoclave computer for the appropriate cure temperature/time according to specifications.
• Monitor the autoclave throughout the cure process and ensure proper disposal of used bagging material.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in computer software technology and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a US Person and able to work any shift, including 3rd shift.
• Ability to lift and transport objects up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
