Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Issaquah Endoscopy Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct patient care in the Endoscopy Center and Clinical setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians during endoscopy procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Set up and restock endoscopy equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Contribute to patient care planning, implementation, and evaluation, providing individualized attention to meet each patient's unique needs.
  • Provide educational support to patients, empowering them with knowledge to manage their digestive health.
  • Observe, record, and report significant changes or concerns, promoting proactive patient care.
  • Support the goals and objectives of the Endoscopy Center, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing schedules and work situations.
Requirements
  • CURRENT LICENSE AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.
  • Prior clinical or gastroenterology experience preferred.
  • CURRENT CPR CERTIFICATION.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a high-functioning team.
Physical Activities and Requirements
  • Occasional travel may be required to support other local locations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, twisting, and lifting.
  • Prolonged sitting and computer use, with ability to lift supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with accommodation exceptions available through Human Resources.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-time employees eligible for medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.
  • Enrollment in our 401(k) plan, including a company-provided contribution of 3% of annual earnings.
  • PTO accrual at a rate of .04 hours per payroll hour, with additional paid holidays and vacation time.
  • Hiring Bonus of $3,000 for new hires.
  • Anticipated compensation range: $24.65-$31.90 per hour, with potential for discretionary bonuses.
