Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet customers and assist them with selection of merchandise, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Answer questions regarding store operations, merchandise, and services, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support store initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
