We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Lead to join our team at WSECU. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting Member Consultant staff in the sales, service, and operational needs of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Member Consultant staff in the sales, service, and operational needs of the branch
  • Perform all branch functions, including consumer lending, opening new accounts, providing teller services, and assisting branch leadership with required branch audits and certifications
  • Model desired behavior and assist branch leadership with employee development
  • Have a high level of understanding of Branch Operations
  • Strive for and hit sales and service goals, while keeping the members' best interest front and center
  • Contribute to team successes and celebrate along the way
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with members

Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years of college or two (2) years of customer service and/or financial institution experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a branch operations, inside or outside WSECU, including at least one year as a Member Consultant
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including effective listening, speaking, and writing
  • Talent for presenting and explaining complex products and services
  • Intermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft applications; ability to master WSECU computer operating systems
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
