Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team on the 5RS Oncology Unit. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Previous Charge Nurse experience is required.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff on the 5RS Oncology Unit
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
* Current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible to receive or renew)
