We are pleased to present an opportunity for a remote, licensed High Net Worth Service Associate.
While this position allows for remote work, it is essential that candidates reside in proximity to the Greater Houston area, as occasional in-person collaboration with colleagues is a valued aspect of our workplace culture.
We provide virtual interviewing and onboarding processes, along with comprehensive access to our online training and support systems. You will have the capability to work from home to effectively assist our clients remotely.Role Overview
As a High Net Worth Client Advisor, your primary focus will be on strengthening relationships with our affluent clientele. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing customer loyalty and fostering business development opportunities.
Key Contributions
- Engaging with clients through inbound communications, addressing their inquiries, and offering guidance on products and services
- Executing client requests involving options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized financial transactions
Qualifications We Seek
- Series 7 certification is required
- Series 63 certification is preferred (training and support provided)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services sector
- Strong technological proficiency and a willingness to learn new tools

- Comprehensive knowledge of general financial planning principles
- Demonstrated customer service, client support, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to effectively influence others and employ consultative skills to enhance the client experience
