HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Requirements:
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Completion of primary series of COVID vaccination.
• State-specific mandated boosters completed when eligible.
• Ability to work four shifts, including 2:45-11:15 PM.
