Mental Health Service Coordinator

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Service Coordinator to join our team at Community Family Advocates. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring assigned Adult Mental Health Programs and performing duties in monitoring and providing technical assistance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position requiring 38.75 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure mental health services are being provided according to identified guidelines.
  • Provide technical assistance as needed based on established standards and processes.
  • Interpret, implement, and advise behavioral health providers and individuals receiving services regarding all applicable policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience working with individuals in the Behavioral Health field.
  • Possess Act 33 and 34 clearances and a valid Pennsylvania motor vehicle license.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health system and proficiency utilizing computer applications within Microsoft Office and data serving systems.
