Job Summary: As a skilled Electrical Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of generators to ensure reliable power supply for our clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Maintenance Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on generators, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks.
  • Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

Repair Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot generator malfunctions and failures.
  • Replace or repair defective parts and components as needed.
  • Test and verify repairs to ensure proper operation.

Inspection Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of generators and associated systems to identify potential issues or safety hazards.
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports and recommendations.

Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding generator performance and maintenance.
  • Offer recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.

Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
  • Complete and submit service reports in a timely manner.

Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing duties.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency repairs
  • Communicate with inside staff regarding the status of work orders.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
