Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and efficient production of trade show exhibits and event activations.

  • Quality Control
    • Oversee the quality of all printed materials, including large format prints, laminations, and graphic finishing.
    • Ensure that all print jobs meet the exact standards set by our clients.
  • Customer Communication

    • Provide regular updates on project progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels of print materials, including substrates and finishes.
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and maintain procedures for production, quality control, and customer communication.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, production, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Knowledge of large format printing processes and substrates.
