Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead-Software Development to join our team at Visvero, Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, writing, modifying, testing, and maintaining programs, scripts, and modules to meet changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using advanced technical skills and multiple technologies.
  • Develop and publish database, program, script, and test specifications.
  • Optimize system resources to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with business units, strategy, and business analysis teams to understand requirements and business needs.
  • Prepare project estimates for design, coding, and testing.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Document design specifications and test results.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate efficient and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable technical/engineering field.
  • Team-oriented development experience in a relational database environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with programming languages (e.g., PERL, C, Python, Unix Shell Scripting).
  • Experience with EAGLE Investment Systems (Eagle PACE, Eagle Star) is required.
  • Experience with ETL development (Informatica PowerCenter, IBM Data Stage, Oracle Data Integrator) is preferred.
  • Experience with database programming (e.g., Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft T-SQL) is preferred.
  • Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle, Waterfall & Agile software development is desirable.
  • Experience with version control tool sets (e.g., Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Harvest, etc.) is preferred.
