Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Grinding Specialist to join our team at Dover. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing equipment for grinding, ensuring high-quality production and meeting labor routing times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and prepare equipment for grinding, including belts for O.D. and I.D. grinders, and make up grinding wheels and belts for grinders.
  • Perform non-cosmetic grinding tasks, ensuring minimal waste and optimal production.
  • Operate small tools and use fixtures to accomplish tasks efficiently.
  • Meet quality standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Meet assigned labor routing times and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production line.

Requirements:
