Position Summary:

We invite you to join our team as a Senior Associate within the Strategy & Business Transformation Practice. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with formulating critical hypotheses, executing analytical research, and providing insights that facilitate strategic decision-making for our clients. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and Board members, offering impactful recommendations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise innovative solutions to intricate strategic and organizational challenges
  • Generate research and thought leadership to underpin strategic choices
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to collect and analyze data
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of findings to clients and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to industry publications and thought leadership initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in a consulting capacity
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • Preferably possess an MBA or MHA with a concentration in finance or healthcare

Work Environment:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Position based in Chicago
  • Work conducted in office, remote settings, and client locations
