NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Board Test Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our Test Solutions Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing test solutions for board and modules products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement manufacturing test strategies for boards and modules products, translating them into methodologies and processes applicable across GPU and Data Center product segments.
- Develop test plans and strategies for new product features, including identification, specification, design, and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test content and solutions in Python, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technologies and methodologies to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Lead and advise a team of engineers to coordinate product line development, ensuring timely and effective delivery of test solutions.
- Guide teams in resolving technical problems and implementing process improvements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of demonstrated ability with post-silicon validation experience in Board or System products.
- 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
- BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Background with designing and implementing test plans for hardware products, including defining test methodologies, developing test scripts, and creating test fixtures.
- Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the boards level.
- Experience with Python programming and bash scripting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary range of $156,000 - $247,250 USD, determined by location, experience, and pay of similar positions.
