Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Director to lead our after-school programs at Centerville Elementary and Gilbert Elementary School in Gilbert, SC.

About the Role:

The Site Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our after-school programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for students. This includes supervising staff, managing program activities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Associate's, bachelor's, or advanced degree in early childhood education, child development, child psychology, or a related field
  • Or diploma in child development/early childhood education and one year of experience in a licensed child care facility
  • Or High School Diploma or GED and Early Childhood Development 101 with one year of experience in a licensed child care facility
