Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Utilize your project management skills to plan, organize, monitor, and direct work activities and resources necessary to complete assigned projects.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and manage client relationships in the Residential and Commercial markets, working closely with senior management to develop strategies to increase market share in the NE Florida market.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a high capacity for self-motivation and apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects, working with senior management to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Land Development design or construction management in the NE Florida market required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • Strong relationships and contacts with residential/commercial developers, architects, municipal staff, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong project management skills are preferred.
