Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor carcasses and processing aids to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Conduct visual inspections of products and monitor sanitary dressing
  • Assist with sampling and perform pre-operational environmental inspections
  • Collaborate with production personnel to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP Process (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Beef products knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold environments
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
