  • Manage batch production responsibilities across all departments, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality products.
  • Develop expertise in formulating and producing a range of products, including roof coatings, latex, and solvents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to identify and report raw material and equipment needs.
  • Contribute to inventory management and cycle counting, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Fill batches according to customer requirements, including domestic and export orders.
  • Operate a tow motor safely and efficiently.
  • Provide regular shop floor reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Submit batch samples to the Quality Control lab for approval and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer software, with a basic understanding of SAP a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a team-based environment, contributing to the team's overall success.
  • Preferred background in the chemical industry, with experience in batch-making.
  • Demonstrated safe work record and reliable attendance.
