Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements
- Associate's degree required; BSN preferred
- One (1) year previous RN experience required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required upon hire
- Must meet all unit-specific certification requirements (PALS, ACLS, NRP)
