Job Summary

Beacon Orthopaedic Partners MSO LLC is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in an orthopedic setting. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and delivering top-notch patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support: Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient exams, procedures, and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative duties to maintain a well-organized and efficient clinic environment.
  • Patient Communication: Provide excellent patient communication, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they understand their treatment plans and instructions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a medical setting, preferably in orthopedics.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in medical software and equipment.
