Job Summary

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and processing shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include developing and posting delivery schedules, compiling and organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts, routing merchandise to proper locations, and paying expenses. You will also be responsible for receiving merchandise for the Facility, organizing and maintaining the Receiving area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing required documentation. Additionally, you will track and process claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, maintaining and cleaning the clearance area, and utilizing technology to capture required reporting and documentation. Your safety of the facility will be a top priority, and you will be expected to follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conduct safety sweeps, follow proper forklift spotting procedures, follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, follow company steel standard guidelines, and correct and/or report unsafe situations to facility management. You will also be responsible for complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Your work assignments and priorities will be completed by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Compensation for this position is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications include Forklift Certification or obtaining a Forklift Certification within 30 days of job entry date, and being 18 years of age or older.
