We are seeking a dynamic Store Leader to join our team at SMCP North America (US, Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of prior supervisory experience in luxury retail management.
  • Versatility in Human Resources and People Development.
  • Potential client resources and talent resources.
  • Solid Leadership skills and Results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A solid analytical skillset.
