We are seeking a dynamic Store Leader to join our team at SMCP North America (US, Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

SMCP is a global leader in the accessible luxury space, with four brands - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, and more. We offer unique products and premium experiences to customers in 43 countries across five continents.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior supervisory experience in luxury retail management.
- Versatility in Human Resources and People Development.
- Potential client resources and talent resources.
- Solid Leadership skills and Results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A solid analytical skillset.
