Job Overview

ImageOne is in search of a dedicated and skilled Print Production Supervisor to enhance our vibrant workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage all facets of print production, guaranteeing exceptional outcomes within designated timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

· Direct and support the organization of daily production activities

· Ensure the production workflow is maintained, emphasizing early detection and resolution of issues to promote efficiency and reduce rework

· Supervise the PreProduction Division: Prepare print-ready graphics and execute other pre-press tasks on files provided by clients.

· Liaise with clients as necessary to address production and design concerns

· Plan shop capacity and maintain direct communication with the Shop Foreman

· Manage job and project timelines, documenting the completion of pre-production and production tasks for office reference.

· Make personnel decisions in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager and Executive team, including interviewing, hiring, and job postings

· Demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with experience in utilizing these or similar tools in a print production setting

· Have a background in producing wide format graphics

· Exhibit a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and quality

· Foster a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively to enhance the company’s operations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Printing Sector
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Ability to engage and interact with diverse individuals
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and multi-project environment
