Position Summary:As an Automotive Maintenance Specialist at Ultimate Motorsport Inc., you will be integral in preserving the quality and durability of our customers' vehicles. Your responsibilities will include performing essential maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid inspections. Your primary objective will be to guarantee that our customers' vehicles are in peak condition, thereby ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute oil changes, tire rotations, and various routine maintenance procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to detect potential issues or required repairs.
- Effectively communicate with service advisors and customers regarding maintenance requirements.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Continuously enhance and update technical expertise through training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- ASE certification or prior experience in a similar position is preferred but not mandatory.
