About the Role

S R INTERNATIONAL INC is seeking a skilled IT Lifecycle Specialist to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA. As an IT Lifecycle Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, tracking, and documenting IT asset lifecycles, including surplus and end-of-life equipment.

This role involves providing Level 2 support for IT asset management, hardware, software, and peripherals. You will utilize ServiceNow for asset management, updates, and reconciliation processes. Additionally, you will image and configure devices using SCCM and troubleshoot video conferencing setups.

The ideal candidate will have expertise with SCCM, VMware VDI, and Workspace ONE. Hands-on experience with IT asset lifecycle management and Level 2 troubleshooting is also required. Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and end-user support is a plus.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
