Job DescriptionThis full-time position offers a collaborative learning environment where you can develop your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and transition from a new graduate to a fully competent, professional nurse. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our organization's mission and values.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
To be successful in this role, you should possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, as well as BLS certification. Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is also preferred.
