Job DescriptionThis position involves providing exceptional nursing care to patients in a surgical unit. As a Surgical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess a current RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure. BLS certification is also required. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, as is professional certification. Experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area is also desired.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $83,500 - $111,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO/Sick time accrual, 401K, and more. Our goal is to provide a supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
