Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate teaching assistant to join our team at Trinity Early Learning Center. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a key role in supporting the head teacher with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that every student receives a high-quality education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
  • Supervise students in all areas to ensure their safety and accountability.
  • Provide extra assistance to students with special needs.
  • Observe students' performance and record relevant data to assess progress.
  • Teach social skills to students.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of previous teaching assistant experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
