About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at GEM Enrollments. As a key member of our Enrollment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless enrollment operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a supportive environment that encourages growth and development. You will have the chance to work with a variety of benefit administration portals and systems, including Employee Navigator, Ease, Selerix, and Harmony.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Benefit Portal case building
  • Coordinating benefit administration portal access for benefits counselors (offline/online)
  • Gathering employee census information, benefit eligibility rules, cost contributions, client payroll rules, etc.
  • Building the Employee Navigator portal/database with relevant information (core benefits, flex, voluntary, contributions, etc.)
  • Creating the Enrollment Guide to assist benefits counselors during enrollment sessions
  • Monitoring enrollment from start to close
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience & knowledge in a benefit administration portal such as Employee Navigator, Ease, Selerix, and Harmony
  • Experience in the Employee Benefits Industry
  • Superior Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel
  • Solid communication skills – both written and oral
  • Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Ability to partner with a close team and develop strong business relationships
  • Takes initiative/Results oriented
  • Should have, or willing to obtain Life & Health License

Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
