Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with oral-motor and/or communication disorders secondary to developmental delays, neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardio-pulmonary impairments; as well as traumatic injuries and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with oral-motor and/or communication disorders
  • Provide family-oriented services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in speech/language pathology or communication disorders or related field
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • CPR certification
  • State license or eligible for state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech/Language Pathology, or eligible for application upon completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
