Soliant Health is Seeking Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists

We are looking for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in a school district near Fort Worth, TX. This onsite position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, covering several schools within a cluster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be willing to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and development.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of student assessments, progress, and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input regarding student goals and progress.
  • Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.
  • Travel between assigned schools within the designated cluster to provide services.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Texas state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or in process of obtaining CCC.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to supervise SLPAs.
