Under the supervision of the Director of Psychological Services, the RBT will implement behavior intervention plans, teach prosocial skills, and assist certificated teachers in reinforcing instruction.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior-analytic services and collect data to inform instruction
- Teach direct prosocial skills to improve student access to the learning environment
- Assist certificated teachers and Instructional Assistants in reinforcing instruction
- Perform clerical duties in support of classroom activities
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Current Safety Care certification
- Experience working in a school setting
