Project Director

Xactly byGTE seeks an experienced Project Director to oversee and manage residential reconstruction projects in Evans, GA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating all field activities related to installation teams and subcontractors on residential reconstruction projects. They will read Xactimate scopes proficiently, manage project schedules, secure necessary materials, permits, and equipment, and maintain quality standards from start to finish.

• Coordinate restoration reconstruction projects using Xactimate scopes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and progress of reconstruction projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Secure unique materials, permits, and equipment required for each project.
• Plan, organize, lead, and manage field supervisors, production staff, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate reports describing project status and review them with the team and client.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain high integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in residential construction, running jobs, with commercial large loss experience a plus.
• Proven track record in Project Management/On-Site Supervision roles.
• Experience in the disaster restoration industry is preferred.
• Able to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously (10-15).
• Familiarity with Xactimate scopes and other similar industry programs is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, motivation, and communication skills.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$90,000, depending on experience, with potential earnings up to $120,000. The package includes:

• Base Salary: $60,000-$90,000.
