Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate Key to join our team at Talbots. As a Sales Associate Key, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and by creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, product knowledge, and sales promotions, and communicate this information to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • Strong product knowledge and fashion sense.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
