We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager to join our team at our Belle Plaine location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, managing shifts, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
