Job Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care in the Cardiac Tele Unit at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role will also supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
Requirements
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • Required: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a registered nurse in the state of practice or policy
