We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at BluSky. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and quality control reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
  • Expertise in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and local officials.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
