Role Overview: As a Community and Family Support Therapist, you will deliver outstanding mental health services aimed at enhancing individuals' functioning and equipping them with the skills and confidence necessary to navigate life's challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and review personalized treatment plans in accordance with agency protocols.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy as outlined in treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other community organizations and service providers as needed.
  • Manage discharge planning and ensure timely completion of all documentation in the electronic health record.
  • Participate in supervisory meetings, including consultations and individual supervision.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule that accommodates client and staff needs, including evening hours.
  • Adhere to all professional ethics and standards, ensuring maintenance of professional licensure or progress towards licensure through the State of Minnesota.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with diverse client populations and professionals. You should be capable of working collaboratively within a team environment and possess strong communication skills with colleagues, clients, and referral sources. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is preferred.

A master's degree in a human services field is required, and candidates must be on track for clinical licensure in Minnesota. Current licensure for independent practice in social work, psychology, professional counseling, or marriage and family therapy is preferred.
