Behavioral Health Team Lead Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to serve as a Team Supervisor in our Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to our interdisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional service to our Veterans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program team
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide administrative oversight and support to the team, including performance evaluations and workload management
- Serve as a clinical consultant and resource for team members
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in all US states
- Board certification in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Residency training leading to eligibility for board certification
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with clinical and administrative supervision, management, and program coordination
